Fried Momos is a delicious fried veg dumpling, which can be eaten as a snack with its chutney.

Ingredients for Dough:
(Serves 2)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Vinegar
- Water

Ingredients for Filling:
- Oil
- 1/4 Carrot(chopped)
- 1/4 cup French Beans(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Cabbage(chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Water
- 1/2 cup Paneer

Ingredients for Momos:
- Oil(for frying)


Method:
1. Take all-purpose flour in a large bowl and add salt, oil, vinegar, water
2. Mix it and make a dough.
3. Knead it more, and it becomes more smooth
4. Keep it in a bowl and let it rest for around 30 minutes
5. Now, heat a pan and add oil in it
6. Once the oil is heated, add chopped carrots, chopped french beans, chopped cabbage, ginger-garlic paste, red-chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water, paneer and mix it
7. Turn off the gas after the mixture is cooked and keep the pan aside
8. Now, take the dough, split it into two pieces and start rolling one of the piece
9. Cut the dough into round shapes and keep it aside
10. Do the same with the remaining dough and start adding the filling into round shape dough pieces
11. Pack the dough with the filling, properly and start frying it over a medium flame
12. Once fried, take it out on a plate and serve it momos chutney
